2 Products & Digital Delivery

Appretor sells digital products in the form of Custom GPT Bot collections ("AI Helpers"). These are delivered electronically via email or your Appretor dashboard after purchase confirmation.

• All products are digital and are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
• No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is entirely electronic.
• You are purchasing a licence to use the AI Helpers — not transferable ownership of the underlying AI model.
• Access requires a ChatGPT account (free or paid). Appretor is not affiliated with OpenAI.

3 Licence & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, Appretor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the purchased AI Helpers for your own business or personal use.

You MAY:

• Use the AI Helpers for your own business tasks and projects
• Use the AI Helpers across multiple devices under your own ChatGPT account
• Use outputs generated by the AI Helpers commercially

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to the AI Helpers with third parties
• Claim authorship or ownership of the AI Helpers themselves
• Use the AI Helpers to build competing products for resale
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the underlying system prompts for commercial distribution

4 Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order.

• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Appretor does not store your payment details.
• All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your country or region.

5 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated by the AI Helpers before using it in your business.

Appretor makes no guarantees about your ability to earn income, save time, or achieve any specific business result through the use of our AI Helpers. Results depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Any results, testimonials, or examples shown on our website are not typical and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results for you.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appretor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
