Appretor offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund if you are not satisfied.

2 Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You must have genuinely tried the AI Helpers — we ask that you follow our how-to-use guide and attempt to use the bots in your ChatGPT account.
- You must contact us via email at contact@appretor.com with your order details and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible, regardless of circumstances.
3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The 14-day refund window has passed.
- You have violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g. redistributing or reselling the AI Helpers).
- The refund request is based solely on a change of mind after the 14-day window.
- Technical issues caused by third-party services (e.g. ChatGPT platform outages or changes by OpenAI) that are outside our control.
- You were unable to access the product due to reasons within your own control (e.g. incorrect email provided at checkout, lack of a ChatGPT account).
4 How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

- Step 2: Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, your order date, and a brief reason for your refund request.
- Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal's processing time.
5 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- We will initiate the refund via PayPal within 1–2 business days of approval.
- PayPal typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days.
- The total time for funds to appear in your account is typically 5–10 business days from approval.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
